How does Acuvue Oasys compare to Air Optix Plus HydraGlyde?
Acuvue Oasys is a two-weekly disposable contact lens, also known as a bi-weekly disposable lens. Air Optix Plus HydraGlyde on the other hand, is a monthly contact lens. It is the newest addition to the Air Optix brand and is a popular product due to longer-lasting surface wettability to keep your lenses and eyes hydrated for long periods throughout the day.
Both these contact lenses can be worn as extended wear lenses for up to 6 nights in a row thanks to their high oxygen permeability. They are both made from a silicone hydrogel material which gives them exceptional breathability, and both rely on a wetting agent to retain their moisture, keeping the eyes hydrated.
You can get Acuvue Oasys For Astigmatism and Acuvue Oasys For Presbyopia as can you get Air Optix Plus HydraGlyde for Astigmatism and presbyopia with our Air Optix Plus HydraGlyde Multifocal contact lenses. Both brands of lenses are specifically designed for contact lens wearers who spend a significant amount of time in front of digital screens, as they help minimise dryness in the eye and maintain moisture all day long.
