Jessica is Customer Service Manager at Feel Good Contacts. Jess studied Communications before joining Feel Good Contacts. She oversees the entire customer services team, making sure our TrustScore remains one of the highest in our industry. Jess joined the company in September 2014, so is practically part of the furniture.
On her role as head of customer service Jess says; “Customer service is an integral part of the user experience. As much as we try to utilize more up-to-date means of communicating such as social media and instant messaging, we recognise that often, the customer just wants someone to talk to. We’ve committed to having physical staff that customers can talk to, as opposed to an automated machine that many find irritating. It is important for us to keep a human element somewhere in our business as online shopping lacks the face to face customer care that going into a physical store does.”
