Tritanopia: Blue-Yellow Colour Blindness
One of the rarest forms of colour vision deficiencies (CVDs), tritanopia is a type of colour blindness that makes it difficult for people to distinguish primarily between blue and yellow. This is why it’s also commonly known as blue-yellow colour blindness. It can also affect other colours that contain shades of blue and yellow.
Eye Herpes (Ocular Herpes)
Eye herpes, also known as ocular herpes or herpetic eye disease occurs when herpes virus reaches the eye, most commonly either by self-transmission or reactivation of a dormant virus in the nervous system, travelling through the facial nerves to the eye. It can affect different parts of the eye. It can lead to serious eye complications, making it important to recognise the early signs and get prompt treatment to help protect your vision and reduce the risk of recurring infections. A Complete Guide to Refractive Errors
Refractive errors are the most common type of vision problems that affect people of all ages worldwide. They occur when the structural irregularities in the eye prevent light from focusing on the retina, the light-sensitive layer at the back of the eye. This leads to distorted or blurry vision.
