Avaira Contact Lenses

Made from state-of-the-art silicone hydrogel, Avaira are a proud creation of eye care experts CooperVision.

How do Avaira contact lenses work?

These contact lenses are made from silicone hydrogel, a material than permits a higher amount of oxygen to reach the eyes than most other lenses do. This works to ensure eyes are kept fresh and healthy all day long, combatting the drying effects that a number of factors such as air conditioning and digital screen use can have.

In addition, CooperVision have created the lenses using Aquaform technology, which offers long-lasting hydration. A built-in UV filter features in each lens, helping to provide added protection against the sun’s UV rays.

By combining these technologies, CooperVision have created silicone hydrogel contact lenses that deliver exceptional performance, protection and comfort for your eyes.

What types of Avaira lenses are there?

The Avaira range features a number of monthly contacts specifically created to provide the wearer with a reliable and comfortable form of visual correction.

Avaira Toric are designed to deliver clear and balanced vision for contact lens wearers with astigmatism.

CooperVision have upgraded Avaira to Avaira Vitality, a lens that offers UV protection, a higher water content and enhanced comfort. Avaira Vitality Toric is the toric edition of this lens and builds upon the impressive performance of its predecessor.
