Dispensing Optician

Khuram Sarwar is a qualified Dispensing Optician at Feel Good Contacts. He graduated and qualified in 2016 from Association of British Dispensing Opticians (ABDO) College as a Dispensing Optician, before going on to achieve a BSc (Hons) in Ophthalmic Dispensing from Canterbury Christ Church University. With 13 years of experience under his belt, Khuram has worked with some of the industry’s leading players in contact lenses and glasses.

Eye Health Advisor, Ophthalmologist and Eye Surgeon

Alastair Lockwood is an eye health advisor and surgeon who is passionate about trying to stop people going blind from glaucoma. His interest in research stems from undergraduate training at Cambridge University and clinical training at Oxford University. He completed an MRC funded PhD at the UCL Institute of Ophthalmology and Moorfields Eye Hospital.

Contact Lens Optician

Tina Patel is a qualified Contact Lens Optician at Feel Good Contacts. She achieved a BSc (Hons) in Optical Management in 2002 from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge and qualified as a Dispensing Optician. In 2007, Tina went on to qualify as a Contact Lens Optician. With over 25 years of experience in the optical industry, she has worked for a leading high street optician and currently teaches at City, University of London. 

Dispensing Optician

Wut Win is a qualified Dispensing Optician from Association of British Dispensing Opticians (ABDO), at Feel Good Contacts. She graduated and qualified in 2006 from City & Islington College. With over 17 years of optical experience, Wut has worked in several leading high street opticians and held a variety of positions. She has also worked with Special School Eyecare Service, where she assisted children with autism and special needs at their school and dispensed glasses for them.

Nimesh Shah

Chief Operating Officer

Nimesh Shah is a highly experienced and exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO), well-versed in devising and implementing effective business strategies across diverse industries. He currently leads the Marketing, Accounts, Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, Procurement, Business Intelligence, IT and Development team at Feel Good Contacts, excellently demonstrating his exceptional ability to manage each department with unparalleled expertise and consistently delivering excellent results. Nimesh is a trusted professional, with a background in economics and extensive experience in brand management and sales strategies in the healthcare, beauty and retail sectors. He began his role as Head of Marketing at Feel Good Contacts, a reputable one-stop online shop for affordable and quality contact lenses, prescription glasses, sunglasses and eye care products. His proficiency and data-led approach has been instrumental in navigating the success of customer acquisition, retention and overall business growth.
