Glasses and Sunglasses Warranty

At Feel Good Contacts, we are committed to providing high-quality eyewear that you can rely on. All glasses and sunglasses purchased from us come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase.

What’s covered in our warranty?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. It covers:

  • Faulty hinges or soldering defects
  • Peeling, delamination or bubbling of sunglasses lens coating
  • Flaking or deterioration of frame coating
  • Structural/alignment defects in the frame

What’s not covered in our warranty?

The Feel Good Contacts warranty does not apply to the damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents or improper use of the eyewear. The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Scratches on lenses caused by everyday use
  • Accidental damage, including impact caused by dropping, misuse or improper handling of the frame
  • Damage caused by incorrect cleaning methods or unsuitable cleaning products
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures
  • Damage caused by chemicals, cosmetics or water
  • Frame repaired by any other optician

How to claim warranty on your glasses and sunglasses?

If you believe your glasses or sunglasses have a manufacturing defect, please email our customer service team at cs@feelgoodcontacts.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect
  • Clear photographs showing the fault

Our team will review your claim and may request the item to be returned for further inspection, where necessary. In this case, you’ll get a free returns label.

If your claim is approved, we will provide you with the most appropriate resolution in line with our warranty policy, usually including:

  • Doing the necessary repair work to fix the defect
  • Exchanging the faulty product with a new one
  • Issuing store credit for the amount you paid for the concerned product

Important information

  • The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Feel Good Contacts and is valid from the original date of purchase.
  • All warranty claims are subject to a case-by-case evaluation.
