For lenses that are damaged on receipt, we’ll offer you a free reshipment. We will refund/exchange defective lenses depending on the number of lenses and type of lens that is damaged. For example, if all three lenses from a monthly pack are defective, you can expect a free replacement. However, if three lenses from a pack of daily disposables are defective, you can be sure to receive a refund for those three contact lenses.
What qualifies as a damaged contact lens?
We count a damaged or defective lens as anything that looks unusual, be it a torn lens, a broken blister pack or damaged packaging. All of our lenses go through a thorough quality check by the manufacturers before dispatch; however, If you feel as though your contact lenses look or feel different, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
How does the free contact lens replacement work?
Let us know what is wrong with the lenses and we will wither replace them right away (if damaged on receipt) or refund you for defective lenses. We may require you to send the damaged lenses back for a quality assessment with the manufacturers. Our returns are FREE, making the process as convenient as possible for you.
