All Signature required Deliveries has to be signed for at the delivery address as the proof of delivery.
Special delivery (Next day), order needs to be placed before 5:30 pm (cut off time), else it will be considered as order received for the following day. Orders placed on Saturday after 12 noon & on Sunday will be shipped on Monday from our distribution centre.

Dispatch of Order:
The dispatch of goods will take place on clearing of funds from your account. If any of the good ordered are not available in stock, we will inform you either via e-mail / telephone.
On dispatch of your order, there will be an e-mail confirmation sent to you for your records.
In some scenarios if there is any delay from by the courier service, we cannot be held responsible for the same. For both types of delivery options, you will be provided with the tracking number which will be sent to you via e-mail along with the message of the goods being dispatched from our side. This will help you to directly go online on the courier service website and trace your order.
Some products might be dispatched in two or more dispatches to you without any extra charges and any order of higher value will be shipped to you by a special delivery.
Any wrong order placed by you, requires to be returned or exchanged, then in this scenario you will bear the shipping cost. Return address will be mentioned in the invoice, which will be attached along with the order.
Any made to order lenses are considered to be as non stock items.
For all the international shipments, the customs duties are born by the customer. Feel Good Contact Lenses won’t be liable to pay for any custom duties.
Cancellation of order:
On your request, we can also cancel your order and refund the amount you paid to us. The refund will take within 2-3 working day. For further details, please refer the refund policy.
Once order placed, can only be cancelled on the same day of placing the order, before 3:00 pm (cut-off time). Any request made for cancellation after 3:00 pm will not be accepted.
