By opting into the Auto-Replenish service, the customer authorises Feel Good Contacts to take payments according to their selected date interval, via their current payment method.

The customer can only select a minimum dispatch schedule from 15 days or more.

If payment for an Auto-Replenish order fails to process, the order will not be placed. In this situation, a customer services advisor will contact the customer to verify and update their details.

We reserve the right to change the prices of our products and services at any time. If the price of a product in an Auto-Replenish order changes, we will aim to notify the customer of the change before the next automated order is submitted and determine if the customer wishes to continue with the Auto-Replenish order at the altered price.

The customer can opt out any time from this service. Customers can cancel Auto-Replenish via their online account but must do at least 5 days before their next order is due.
