The dispatch of goods will take place once funds have been cleared from your account. If any of the goods ordered are not available in stock, we will inform you via e-mail or telephone.
On dispatch of your order, there will be an e-mail confirmation sent to you for your records. Within this email there will be a tracking number should you wish to track the progress of your order. If there is any delay from the courier service, we cannot be held accountable.
Some products might be dispatched in two or more packages. In this case, additional charges will not apply. However, additional charges may apply for any orders weighing more than 2KG, in which case the customer will be notified before delivery.
