In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, we'll happily replace your items. All you need to do is contact us in this event, then we'll open a claim with Royal Mail and process a reshipment of your order.
After a reshipment takes place, a Denial of Receipt letter will be sent to your delivery address within the following 21 working days or more, depending on the process. This form must be completed and returned to Royal Mail within 7-10 working days.
