How to Order ?
We make it simple Purchasing contact lenses online with us is very simple and fast. In this section we will guide you how to place an order in simple steps.
1. Browse Catalogue.
You can browse our contact lens catalogue in three different ways.
- By Contact lens type: If you know your contact lenses type, click on left hand side navigation called Contact lens Types.
- By Contact lens Brands: If you know your contact lenses brand name, click on left hand side navigation called Contact lens Brands.
- By search: If you cannot find contact lenses you require on the left hand side navigation, please enter your search key word in the Search box which is located on top right side.
- Select your product from the catalogue.
2. Product Information & Purchase Options
In this step, you will find complete product descriptions and product information such manufacturer, price details, prescription and detailed information.
- Select your prescription
- Select your purchase options (or quantity)
- Click on Add to basket
3. Your Shopping Basket
In this step, you can verify your items, price, and quantity in the current basket.
- If you want to edit order items, click on the edit link (or) remove item, click on remove link from your basket.
- If you want to do more shopping, click on the Continue Shopping button
- If you want to proceed to checkout, click Proceed checkout
4. Sign in (or) Create customer account
In this step: you will provide your authentication details if you are a returning customer or creating new account with us.
- If you are a returning customer, please enter your login email id, password details and click on the sign in button to proceed.
- If you are new customer, click on Create account
i. New customer registration is very simple and a three step process.
ii. Step 1: You need to provide your personal details: Title, First Name, Last Name, Gender, and Date of Birth, Phone and Mobile numbers.
iii. Step 2: You need to provide account details: a valid login email id and password.
iv. Step 3: You need to provide the address details for your invoice/delivery of order.
v. Read Terms & Conditions carefully and check the Terms and Conditions.
vi. Click on Register button.
5. Optician Details
In this step: You will need to provide your optician details and prescription expiry information.
- Please enter you optician details: optician name, phone and address details.
- Provide your prescription details.
- Click on the Proceed button.
6. Delivery Details
In this step: You will need to provide your delivery address details.
- Select your delivery address from your previous list. Click on Delivery to this address.
- If you want to provide a new delivery address, please enter your address details and click on Delivery to this address.
7. Payment Details
In this step you will need to provide your payment details.
- Select your payment methods from your previous list. Click on Use this card.
- If you want to provide new payment methods, please enter your payment details and click on Use this card.
8. Order Confirmation
Final step: This is the final step of placing an order.
- Check that your delivery, billing address and payment details are correct.
- Check that your order items, quantities and prices are correct.
- Select your delivery options.
- Check that your total order amount is correct.
- Click on Confirm Order button.
9. What Next?
Once you place an order, you will get an e-mail confirmation with your order details. Now you can access your customer account with feelgoodcontacts.com.
In My Account sections, you can access your orders, tracking of orders, re-order, update your personal details, update optician details, address book and payment methods.
