  • I ordered some monthly contacts and when ordering the lens strength for some stupid reason i was not paying attention and ordered a -250 instead of a +250. The lenses arrived in a few days and I tried them in and could see nothing!!!... It didn't take me long to realize what i had done DOH!!! I phoned Customer services at 5:25 and spoke to a lovely guy called Frank, he was so patient with me and sorted it all out in no time....So nice to get a friendly, voice at the end of the phone that cares about their job...   • Those lenses are absolutely fantastic. They are 'Manga' style and make your eyes bigger and they do it naturally. People can't quite tell, what is it that makes you look different and fresh (even in the morning hehe). They are very difficult to find and I'm delighted to find them with you.
